how can some females look big but have a small bra size while others have small looking breast but a big bra?

Question: like sigourney weaver who looks leading with a 34b while jennifer love hewitt (as a teen) had great minuscule looking breasts but was a big size 36c. i know about how to measure and all but i invent i am missing something. can someone tell me?

Answer: Believe about it, girls with small breasts usually wear heavily padded bras to space them look bigger while those of us who are more well endowed actually wear minimizing bras to humour us look smaller, unfortunately for the fakers, once you gentlemen get them house you realize
