Men of Atlanta, Dolce & Gabbana rolled out their very histrionic Menswear Autumn/Winter 2012 collection for Milan Manufacture Week on January 16, 2012 in Milan, Italy.
For this fall and winter, Dolce & Gabbana Menswear omnium gatherum is all about upscale materials such as raw silk, brocade, heavy embroidery, velvet and circumspect for it – Italian Renaissance style – like something put out of a Shakespearean tale about Venice!
Dolce & Gabbana’s collecting boasts a subdued yet dramatic color palette of bronze, root black with antique gold embroidery, burgundy and tans – all extraordinarily masculine and wearable for the man with a theatrical side.
Then there is the bronze silk pajama suit topped with a brocade jacket that speaks both unforeseeable in the way of loungewear that is dressed up to go out!
In the same vein, Dolce & Gabbana offers a burgundy pajama suit paired with a tan corduroy jacket with a burgundy velvet lapel. But one cannot be unconditionally sure whether these lounging suits are meant to be taken out of the domicile, as seen on women for this existence, and sported amongst the public… Or are they merely pajamas and smoking jackets?
