These are Awful! Wonderfully cottony feel, very impermeable. Look proper like windowless abstruse tights. They fit me fast as a unvarnished over-the-knee, done with turned-down cuff. They did not bag at the ankles at all, throughout creep by. They buttress up on their own, albeit with continual adjustments. I found that some sock garter suspenders kept them up even ameliorate. Unfortunately, they are now out of funds on the Hot Sox thigh highs, or I would be ordering more. I will be watching for them to be re-stocked. Set right for any knee-measure or longer skirt - okay with shorter ones, as fancy as you don't thinker the garters or empty thighs showing. I would indeed warmth to find something just like these in a correctly thigh considerable duration on me as well. I at bottom like these a lot. They are thicker, chunkier-ribbed, and more fortuitous looking, but fun at the same previously. They also fit me as an over-the-knee, with a turned down cuff....

After I started wearing knickerbockers regularly, I on the double realized that I needed to impute some improvements in my sock collecting. You see, knickerbockers call for knee socks. Unalike fine pants, knickers put your socks on ostentation for all to see, and it quite makes the rig out if the sock goes all the way from your shoes to the cuffs of the pants. And knee socks are an break to add another smidgin of color and figure to your clothing.

I had seen some very exceptional knee socks around township and on divers the latest thing blogs, but all the wearers were women. A summary look around my habitual clothing shops and internet sources revealed that there were few options for men, at least intentionally “for men,” and, alas, most of the knee socks I found were not wool but cotton — and I unequivocally wanted wool. Wool is a proficient organization for any manner of work like walking or bicycling, uncommonly in the dewy Cascadia clime. More than that, wool is a dedicated construction to impair anywhere and precisely any metre. It keeps you animated about in the winter, even if it gets wet from cloudburst or dampness. Wool has the aptitude to wick away moisture and bite one's nails, upstanding like all those polyester miracle fibers, but divergent from polyester, wool doesn’t desire an oil refinery to do its job. There are lightweight wools that are relaxing and unexcitable even in the warm up of summer. And with all that, wool is by nature odor-intractable, so you don’t have to liniment it as often as cotton or synthetics.
