Our western education has a vested interest in keeping us disconnected from our bodies: the less we know about who we are, the more others can cash in on our ever-increasing insecurities. Each space we step out the door, open a magazine, or log onto the internet we’re bombarded with messages about how we ‘should’ look or how we don’t ‘quota up’. This ceaseless onslaught can alienate us from our own matter and leaves many women not able to look at themselves naked, let alone touch themselves with compassion and tenderness.

This is why I consider this warming up to be one of the most profound in helping heal your relationship with your body – markedly once you experience the sweetness this exercise also promotes. The breasts are a source of nutrition, love, and nurturing.

Everyone…MOST everyone has the same bits, in distinguishable permutations. Why are we so terrified to *TALK* about our bodies, much less leak out take delight in our bodies? Why is that? Is this modesty that’s thrive from public symposium?

Okay, stable, I can see the examination coming. It’s because of doctrine. It’s because from the first moment the first myself told the experiences the first together about how Adam and Eve “knew their nakedness”, we’ve been sheepish of our bodies. But let’s be lifelike.
