Huske Hardware: The popular downtown restaurant and nightspot will have a DJ and dancing and the Times Accurate festivities on the big screens. Make room for a champagne toast and a balloon decamp at midnight, too. Cost is $5 at the door. Wet Willie's: One of downtown's newest restaurants/nightclubs will have a DJ and dancing and a room feed from Times Square. There also will be $1 Jell-O shots, a champagne heroine and a balloon drop and party favors at midnight. Admission is $5. Door prizes given away every hour from 9 p.m. to midnight.
