BERKELEY HEIGHTS — Have a fun-filled night with loved ones and friends as United Way of Greater Association County’s (UWGUC) Summit, New Providence, Berkeley Heights Community Caucus hosts its 2nd annual “Night of Dance” on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 7-11 p.m., at The Berkeley Plaza, 735 Springfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights.
Charge out of an elegant evening of dining and dancing featuring two of New Jersey’s finest ballroom dancers, Terry & Leilani Viney, Ecumenical Competitive Dancers and winners of the 2008 World Senior Measure Championships. The Tango, The Jive, The Waltz and many more classical dances will be demonstrated. Guests will also possess have a good time a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and delicious food.
More than a pleasing evening out, Night of Dance recognizes and celebrates the wonderful work of caucus’s partners serving the Summit, New Providence and Berkeley Heights community: Arc of Congruity County, Arts Unbound, Atlantic Health/Overlook Polyclinic Family Service, Boy Scouts of America, Central Legal Services, Inc., Cerebral Palsy Associated with of Union County, Community Access Unlimited, Community Ritual Association, Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey, SAGE Eldercare, Inc., The Joining for Women and Families, The Salvation Army, UCPC Behavioral Healthcare and YWCA of Eastern Accord County. Together, UWGUC and its partners served 5,776 residents of the Zenith, New Providence and Berkeley Heights community in 2010-2011.
