Question: Are they unambiguously good for you? I want to buy some but I'm a bit worried that they will just hurt my feet/ankles/heels more than the shoes I already have.

If you have no pointer what i'm talking about...

Answer: I started wearing Earth shoes last year after spending a holdings on shoes, (MBT's Ecco) orthotics etc. I saw an add for Earth shoes which I used to wear in the 70's and anticipation why not? From the day I received them my ankles started feeling better, now I never apparel anything
