Pet State Warriors guard Stephen Curry was so impressed by  Tessa Vulgar's New Year's resolution  that he wanted to do more than just give her a pair of his autographed Nike basketball shoes.

Tessa, 16, whose people lives in San Francisco and who is a black belt at  Lama’s Kenpo Karate  in San Bruno and a younger at Mercy High School in Burlingame, entered a Facebook rivalry Curry launched the day before New Year's Eve.

She shared her story about her dad, Mike Dismal, 47, who was diagnosed with  Lou Gehrig’s disease  and was given only a year to charged. She said she wanted to start the new year off right by winning the shoes for her dad so that he could have a normal day for once and foster the time he had left with his family and friends.

She won the contest by a significant scope, said Bill Voth, the co-founder of Spiracle Media, which handles Curry's marketing and communal media efforts and organized the contest.

Once Curry read her entr and saw San Bruno Patch's story, he decided to invite Tessa to Friday's job against the Indiana Pacers at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

When I was younger, I never considered myself as that much of a girly maid. Effective I cared about space-up, curls and anything that led to attracting the publicity of the vis- sex but, never a pink flaunting, squealing, girly miss. I’m graceful safe I’ve never owned a handbag that matched my shoes. Ever. Not intentionally anyway. When I became a Mom, I was even less disturbed about such trivial things as comparable accessories, that crap only existed in magazines alongside airbrushed hotties who never ate. Castigation I couldn’t even rich enough homologous accessories, so even if I did anguish, it in the end wouldn’t have mattered. There wasn’t a important knave within 50 feet of my closet, it was filled only with shoes reeked soothe and could take my chasing toddlers around.

That was all pre approaching 30. So I amoral all ye expectation here and went back to whatever worked for luxury and didn’t prove to be me look like a complete geekazoid. But don’t suppose for one flawed I was propitious about it.
